Application Fee

A non-refundable $35.00 application fee is required at the time your membership application is submitted. This fee covers the cost of the background check, administrative processing, and the review of your application.


Please Note: Your application will not be processed until the $35.00 application fee has been received. Payment must be submitted at the time of application in order for your application to move forward in the membership review and approval process.
